Programa Ibermedia: Formación / Desarrollo / Co Producción

FORMACIÓN

El Programa Ibermedia propone un proceso formativo que abarcaría desde el desarrollo de ideas cinematográficas, pasando por la evolución de los proyectos, hasta la reescritura de los guiones resultantes, poniendo énfasis en los flujos de trabajo entre los autores y productores.

DESARROLLO

Ibermedia promueve el desarrollo de proyectos audiovisuales dirigidos al mercado, en particular al mercado iberoamericano. Para optar a esta ayuda no es necesaria la participación de empresas de dos países, es suficiente con una de alguno de los países miembros.

COPRODUCCIÓN

Ibermedia fomenta la integración en redes para la coproducción de películas de ficción y documentales realizadas en nuestra comunidad.

Los solicitantes podrán presentar las propuestas del 1 de febrero al 25 de abril de 2019.

Script and Project Development Support

A Script and Project Development grant can be used for the further development of a script (e.g. research, writing, translation or hiring a coach or script consultant), but can also be used to present a project to financiers or other potential partners at (international) co-production meetings or film festivals. The maximum contribution for Script and Project Development is €10,000. For upcoming deadlines, please see here.

  • HBF Script and Project Development Voices (max. €10,000 per project): a special scheme for feature films by filmmakers more advanced in their career. Selection criteria include verifiable interest from potential co-producers, sales agents and/or distributors. Deadlines: 1 April 2019

A year-long program designed to nurture emerging producers with project-specific support through the Creative Producing Lab, Creative Producing Summit, Sundance Film Festival attendance, year-round mentorship from industry mentors, and ongoing support from Sundance Institute Staff. The program is designed to hone emerging producers' creative instincts and evolve their communication and problem-solving skills at all stages of their next feature film project.

World Cinema Fund

Together with the Federal Foundation for Culture and in cooperation with the Goethe Institute, the Foreign Ministry and German producers, the World Cinema Fund works to develop and support cinema in regions with a weak film infrastructure, while fostering cultural diversity in German cinemas. The World Cinema Fund supports films that could not be made without additional funding: films that stand out with an unconventional aesthetic approach, that tell powerful stories and transmit an authentic image of their cultural roots.

Vision Sud Est

The Swiss fund visions sud est was initiated in 2005 by the Foundation trigon-film Baden and the Fribourg Film Festival, with the collaboration of Nyon's Visions du Reel and the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. In 2011, the Festival del film Locarno has joined the fund as new partner. The fund supports film productions from Asia, Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe, aims at making them visible worldwide and guarantees their distribution in Switzerland. In case a project is being supported, all rights for Switzerland are automatically transfered to visions sud est.

Taller de Estrategias de Abordaje del Cine Documental por el compañero Kique Cubero como parte de los esfuerzos del Comité de Educación de la Asociación de Documentalistas de Puerto Rico.  Son 3 horas por sesión en 4 sábados. Costo para el público general $100. Para miembros de AdocPR en GOOD STANDING el Taller tiene un costo total de $50 (mitad del precio). Son 12 horas de taller por solo $50.

HUBERT BALS

The Hubert Bals Fund is designed to help remarkable or urgent feature films by innovative and talented filmmakers from Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and parts of Eastern Europe on their road to completion. It provides grants in various categories that often turn out to play a crucial role in enabling these filmmakers to realise their projects.

Por primera vez Puerto Rico puede aplicar a este importante fondo del Festival Internacional de Cine de Berlín (Berlinale).

The World Cinema Fund supports exclusively the production and distribution of feature films and feature-length documentaries. The support is focused on the following regions and countries: Latin America, Central America, the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, the Caucasus as well as Bangladesh, Nepal, Mongolia and Sri Lanka."
